Description

• Account Manager at Brokerkit, a B2B SaaS company for the real estate industry. • Manage renewals and expansion sales for North American real estate brokers. • Must achieve 100% annual renewal success and consistent sales quota.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and sounds native working with US/Canada customers. • Minimum 3-5 years of sales account management experience. • Effective at coaching customers to success. • Can articulate how you developed an activity-based plan to achieve quota in the past. • Strong capabilities to give online (Zoom) demos and presentations. • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills. • Strong problem solver who has a strong ability to learn new technology and ramp up quickly. • Ability to thrive in a highly competitive, high-energy sales team environment. • Can hit activity targets for calls/emails/appointments consistently. • Organized and effectively documented activities in the CRM consistently. • Ability to work independently without a lot of direction. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Able to travel to and attend real estate industry events as needed.

Benefits

• You can earn up to $4200-4600 monthly with uncapped commissions depending on achieving sales goals. • Paid hourly based on experience. • Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM. • 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. • Good home office setup required.
