Description

• Built is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Draw Management team. • Draws are central to Built’s platform, processing 10% of all U.S construction spend. • As a Staff Software Engineer, you will drive large-scale, high-impact initiatives and mentor engineers. • You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex engineering challenges while ensuring scalable systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in core backend engineering, including scalable APIs, service design, and database modeling. • Expertise in database design and performance optimization, with both relational and non-relational databases. • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis. • Proven experience designing and deploying systems using AWS services in production environments. • Demonstrated success leading cross-team engineering initiatives and solving ambiguous, complex problems. • Track record of success enabling engineering teams and business outcomes.
