📋 Description

• Canopy is a fast-growing SaaS company building software for accounting firms. • Seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Engineer with extensive experience in Javascript and React. • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers. • Work in a highly cooperative environment with rapid iteration and innovation. • Build tools that enable tax professionals to manage their practice effectively.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying high-quality, production-ready applications. • Experience and knowledge of Javascript and the web, with a desire to work in React. • Experience with a view library/framework such as React, Vue, Angular, etc. React is preferred. • Experience building and shipping production-ready web applications that are actively used and relied upon. • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt and learn quickly. • Familiarity with modern front-end tools and build pipelines such as Typescript and Webpack, version control systems (we use Git), and testing tools like Jest and React Testing Library. • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
