Description

• Dealing with all queries that come in through live chat, email and through social media. • Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience. • Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team. • Active participation in app growth and development.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work between the hours of 8am to 9pm Monday - Sunday (Shift basis) 39 Hours a week, this includes workings on either Saturday or Sunday with a day off in lieu during the week. • You can get your head around a complex system quickly. • You find it easy to juggle and prioritise different tasks. • You’re chilled under pressure. • You are friendly and naturally engaging with a positive can-do attitude to customer support. • Committed to providing excellent customer service, written and verbal. • Genuine interest in Chip and excited about being part of a fast-growing company.
