Description
• Conduct user research and translate insights into user-friendly designs. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Collaborate with Insurance and Service product managers, developers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure design feasibility. • Perform usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs continuously. • Maintain and contribute to design systems and ensure brand consistency. • Stay updated on UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
• Proven 10 years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing your work. • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (preferred). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Experience in leading the E2E UX lifecycle, with requirements, journey mapping, facilitating design sessions, and leading rapid prototyping UX trends and best practice knowledge. • Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
