🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. • Familiarity with financial reporting standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends and insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments. • Self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision and has a proven track record of managing upward. • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
