• About Hapn • Hapn is a fast-growing technology company specializing in GPS tracking solutions across both business and consumer markets. • Our consumer division serves tens of thousands of customers with innovative tracking solutions that combine powerful hardware with intuitive software. • As a product-forward company, we pride ourselves on rapid iteration, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. • Our fully remote team works together to push the boundaries of what's possible in the GPS tracking space. • Role Overview • We're seeking a Product Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end product experience for our line of consumer GPS trackers. • You'll be responsible for driving growth across our six distinct tracker models, focusing on key metrics including activation rates, churn reduction, and monthly recurring revenue (MRR). • What Makes This Role Unique • Opportunity to shape the product experience for tens of thousands of active users • Unique quarterly variable compensation tied directly to product performance metrics • Full ownership of the B2C product experience • Ability to move quickly and see direct impact of decisions • Collaborative environment across business and consumer divisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2C subscription app product management • Strong track record of shipping features rapidly and iterating based on data • Track record of successful product launches • Extensive experience with analytics tools, particularly Mixpanel • Background in activation optimization and churn reduction for consumer products • Experience with consumer app gamification strategies • Knowledge of subscription pricing optimization • Experience with growth experimentation and A/B testing • Experience optimizing customer onboarding and self-serve help systems • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities
