•You will build on our current traction and join as a key part of our sales team. •Focusing on generating pipeline from consumer enterprise companies with 500 to more than 1,000 employees. •You will tag-team with our Account Executive and receive coaching from our Co-Founder & CEO. •Your contribution will be pivotal in sharpening our sales playbook and excellent results will provide you with the opportunity to advance from SDR to Senior SDR to Account Executive over time. •Develop and manage our sales pipeline through cold calling, social media, email outreach. •Qualify potential opportunities by assessing fit and interest before passing them to the Account Executives.
•~1 year or more professional experience, preferably in sales, consulting, or other customer-facing roles. •Driven and ambitious individual seeking rapid growth in sales. •Proactive and initiative-taking, ready to drive results independently. •Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone. •Thrive on meeting demo call targets and constantly seek ways to exceed expectations. •Team player who goes out of your way to help colleagues succeed. •Native-level in German language and fluent in English. •Tech-savvy with a keen interest in new tools and technologies. •Willingness to travel occasionally to relevant events for customer acquisition with the sales team.
