• The Senior Technical Program Manager will guide discovery and support the delivery of in-product experiences, • platform capabilities, and product integrations that deliver significant value to Jobber’s “go to market” teams. • The Senior TPM is expected to prioritize impactful, complex solutions and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. • Coordinate connected technical program requirements across cross-functional delivery teams when necessary. • Take on responsibilities of a Scrum Team “Product Owner” for in-house engineering teams. • Be responsible for product vision and strategy. • Deliver features and technology solutions that make an impact on internal teams. • Build a plan, implement it, and then measure success. • Be responsible for cross-functional program management. • Uplevel the team by educating, mentoring and training team members across the entire company on product methodology and philosophy.

Requirements

• Career experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role. • Experience in SAAS business and an understanding of the basic SAAS metrics that lead to business success. • Execution excellence. Creating insights is one thing – leading and driving execution is another. • Next level communication skills. Your written and verbal communication skills help articulate the voice of the customer and the needs of the business. • A shipping mindset.
