Requirements

• Previous experience in a front-line customer service role • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French and English • Self-motivated and driven, takes initiative • Demonstrates high emotional intelligence • Tech-savvy with experience in Google Suite, Slack, Ticketing Software, or Live Chat considered an asset
