Description

• Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR): Collaborate with the dedicated Sales team to identify opportunities and drive MRR growth. • Deploy AVD Environments: Utilize Nerdio Manager for MSP to deploy AVD environments for customers. • Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout their AVD deployments and beyond. • Conduct Technical Product Demos: Deliver engaging and informative technical product demos to potential customers.

Requirements

• Prior experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployments. • Excellent troubleshooting skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly. • High sense of urgency and ability to deliver results within short cycle times. • Adaptability to handle uncertainty and embrace change. • Experience conducting technical product demos. • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role, preferably in the technology or IT industry. • Strong understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market and knowledge of their needs and challenges. • Technical expertise in cloud computing, specifically Microsoft Azure, and understanding of IT infrastructure, virtualization, and networking concepts. • Experience in delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to clients. • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and contribute to sales strategies and proposals. • Familiarity with sales processes, including qualification, discovery, solution design, and closing deals. • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within MSP organizations. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical challenges or objections raised by clients. • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in cloud computing and MSP industry.
