Description

• Aid in deploying AVD environments using Nerdio Manager. • Provide technical support and assistance to customers during and after AVD deployment. • Demonstrate proficiency in Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful AVD deployments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field. • Experience with virtualization technologies, preferably Azure Virtual Desktop. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as Microsoft Azure. • Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls. • Experience with operating systems, such as Windows Server and Linux distributions. • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python. • Excellent customer service skills. • Strong documentation skills. • Professional proficiency in English. • Preferred Experience: Previous experience in cloud services or SaaS, familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V, knowledge of Active Directory, experience with ticketing systems like JIRA or ServiceNow, ITIL framework understanding, AZ-140 and AZ-104 certifications, ITIL certification.
