📋 Description

• Join Storyteller's dedicated team as a Delivery Manager, leading the integration of our Stories platform for high-profile clients. • Manage projects from post-sale to launch, improving delivery processes and client satisfaction. • Engage with clients, align expectations, and ensure seamless onboarding of our product. • Control project schedules, communicate transparently with stakeholders, and manage post-launch support. • Contribute to improvements in project documentation and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in delivering or managing web- or app-based projects in the private sector • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements • Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things • A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative • A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness • Experience communicating directly with customers • Experience in negotiating and drafting requirement specifications • The ability to identify, analyse and solve problems efficiently and effectively • The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • An understanding of project management methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using online project management software such as Jira and/or Airtable
