β’ This remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in Japan, focusing on helping our clients leverage their innovative solutions to achieve their goals. β’ As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our technology clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. β’ You will work collaboratively with clients, understand their needs, and drive product adoption to foster long-term partnerships. β’ Your expertise will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also contribute to our growth and success in the technology sector. β’ Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the platform and its features. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. β’ Track the usage and health of client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. β’ Provide ongoing support, conduct product training, and deliver workshops to enhance client engagement. β’ Act as the client advocate within Substance, sharing insights and feedback to enhance products and services. β’ Develop success plans tailored to client needs, setting measurable goals and outcomes. β’ Work with sales, product, and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
β’ At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or a related role within the technology sector. β’ Strong understanding of SaaS products and their application in the technology industry. β’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Japanese. β’ Proven ability to build relationships and manage client expectations effectively. β’ Experience in onboarding and training clients, with a focus on driving product adoption. β’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts in a remote setting.
