Description

β€’ This remote role is open to candidates based anywhere in Japan, focusing on helping our clients leverage their innovative solutions to achieve their goals. β€’ As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our technology clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from our products and services. β€’ You will work collaboratively with clients, understand their needs, and drive product adoption to foster long-term partnerships. β€’ Your expertise will not only enhance customer satisfaction but also contribute to our growth and success in the technology sector. β€’ Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand the platform and its features. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges. β€’ Track the usage and health of client accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. β€’ Provide ongoing support, conduct product training, and deliver workshops to enhance client engagement. β€’ Act as the client advocate within Substance, sharing insights and feedback to enhance products and services. β€’ Develop success plans tailored to client needs, setting measurable goals and outcomes. β€’ Work with sales, product, and support teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

β€’ At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success or a related role within the technology sector. β€’ Strong understanding of SaaS products and their application in the technology industry. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Japanese. β€’ Proven ability to build relationships and manage client expectations effectively. β€’ Experience in onboarding and training clients, with a focus on driving product adoption. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts in a remote setting.
