🎯 Requirements
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Recruiting, vorzugsweise im Start-up oder Scale-up, idealerweise im Bereich Performance Recruiting • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Wirtschafts- oder Sozialwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung • Leidenschaft für People & Culture • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich • Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise mit hoher Aufmerksamkeit für Details • Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse, insbesondere was die Arbeit mit Personio, MS Office und Google Workspace angeht
