Description

•Lead strategic direction and vision for data and analytics •Partner with senior leadership across Get Well •Design, build, and own a scalable data infrastructure and architecture strategy •Drive development and implementation of advanced analytics models and machine learning algorithms •Lead Data & Analytics team to design and build automated analytics tools and self-service dashboards •Manage, recruit, develop and retain the data and analytics team •Communicate complex data analysis and findings effectively •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in AI/Machine Learning, data science, statistics, mathematics, or in a related discipline •10+ years of experience in analytics, data science or data engineering leadership •Demonstrated domain knowledge within the health tech space •Established track record of building and leading high-performing data teams •In-depth understanding of modern data governance, security, and compliance best practices •Experience with EMR data highly desirable •Excellent communication skills •A strong interest in analyzing and interpreting structured and unstructured data
