β€’ Hallmark Health Care Solutions combines technology and services to improve patient care. β€’ The VP will drive sales and market penetration for Physician Compensation products. β€’ This role requires building relationships with prospects and managing the sales process. β€’ Candidates should have experience in provider services and consulting background.

Requirements

β€’ Healthcare consulting experience β€’ Experience working with Physicians, Physician Groups, Medical Center clients β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building relationships within Health Systems and Medical Groups β€’ 5+ years of strong client-facing skills, and group presentation experience required. β€’ Demonstrated experience with diverse sales channels - direct, indirect, and diverse sales processes – professional service and software solution sales in large Healthcare Organizations. β€’ Demonstrated negotiating skills, conflict management skills, sense of accountability, and the ability to work though others. β€’ Ability to strategize and demonstrate creative problem solving to overcome customer challenges and support job responsibilities. β€’ Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong conflict resolution skills required. β€’ Executive presence - very comfortable with C-level, especially CFOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs etc β€’ Experience developing sales roadmaps and helping develop technical solutions.
