• Hallmark Health Care Solutions combines technology and services to improve patient care. • The VP will drive sales and market penetration for Physician Compensation products. • This role requires building relationships with prospects and managing the sales process. • Candidates should have experience in provider services and consulting background.

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare consulting experience • Experience working with Physicians, Physician Groups, Medical Center clients • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience building relationships within Health Systems and Medical Groups • 5+ years of strong client-facing skills, and group presentation experience required. • Demonstrated experience with diverse sales channels - direct, indirect, and diverse sales processes – professional service and software solution sales in large Healthcare Organizations. • Demonstrated negotiating skills, conflict management skills, sense of accountability, and the ability to work though others. • Ability to strategize and demonstrate creative problem solving to overcome customer challenges and support job responsibilities. • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and strong conflict resolution skills required. • Executive presence - very comfortable with C-level, especially CFOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs etc • Experience developing sales roadmaps and helping develop technical solutions.
