📋 Description

• The Senior Engineering Program Manager will lead and coordinate efforts across diverse partnerships integral to the Grid Software engineering function. • This role is pivotal in managing relationships with technology partners, resourcing partners, and deeper strategic partners to ensure cohesive collaboration and successful project delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 8 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) • Proven experience in engineering program management, within the software or technology sector. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage complex partner dynamics. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
