📋 Description

• Natera is a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, specializing in oncology, women's health, and organ health. • We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Program Manager to support high-impact clinic billing-based process transformation and process improvement projects. • Lead day-to-day project coordination for a major client billing process transition and vendor implementation. • Manage Smartsheets, Gantt charts, and project tracking tools to ensure all tasks and milestones are met. • Proactively follow up with stakeholders and internal team members to gather updates and ensure accountability. • Support internal communication, including updates to leadership and stakeholders (VPs and Directors). • Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, status reports, and presentations (PowerPoint/Google Presentations).

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of project management and/or program management experience, preferably in healthcare operations, billing, or program launches and large integration initiatives. • Proven experience managing complex projects in fast-paced environments. • Strong knowledge of project management tools: Smartsheet (must-have), Gantt charts, Microsoft Visio, flowcharts, etc. • PMP certification is highly preferred (but not required). • Exceptional organizational and communication skills—comfortable working with VP-level stakeholders. • Experience developing presentations and status updates for executive audiences (PowerPoint/Google Presentations proficiency is a must). • Billing expertise or experience in billing transitions is a plus. • A proactive, self-starter attitude—ready to hit the ground running midway through a project. • Resilient, adaptable, and professional—able to take feedback and pivot as needed. • You are a doer, someone who wants to work and takes pride in keeping things moving forward.
