Description

• Mechanical Engineer (HVAC/Building Systems) to provide oversight for current or new mechanical systems for new construction and/or renovation of industrial or commercial structures • Review project scope, mechanical budget, and design approach with Project Manager and/or client • Communicate with design team and owner’s representatives • Prepare feasibility studies and project cost estimates • Formulate and lead design of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, plumbing, and fire protection • Create engineering documents using CAD technology

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering from an accredited university • Professional Registration LEED Accredited Professional preferred • 10+ years of related and progressively more responsible experience in Mechanical Engineering field • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, Trane Trace 700 or other building energy calculation software, and Bluebeam • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong attention to detail
