• ghSMART is a leadership advisory firm dedicated to creating value for CEOs, boards, and investors. • As the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Research, you will shape the firm’s strategic direction. • You will provide functional expertise and advanced analytical capabilities in leadership and talent development. • Your work will focus on identifying innovative approaches to solve client needs. • This position reports to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and enables the firm’s growth strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business, organizational development, data analytics, or a related field strongly preferred. • 4+ years of consulting experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm. • 10+ years of industry experience in similar focus areas, with demonstrated leadership roles. • Expertise in people analytics is highly preferred. • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets. • Advanced project and program management skills. • Proficiency in business development processes, including RFP and proposal creation. • Strong proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce/CRM platforms, and analytics platforms.
