🎯 Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in a concierge role for high profile clients. β€’ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in multiple languages preferred. β€’ Bring your own network of contacts at luxury venues / service providers. β€’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. β€’ In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry, including current trends and popular destinations. β€’ Capability to remain calm and professional under high-pressure situations. β€’ Proficiency in technology, including booking systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software. β€’ Experience or strong interest in a startup environment β€’ Unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. β€’ Though the position is remote, you must be available during US timezone business hours.
