Description

• Responsible for developing technical and user guides for a SaaS healthcare company • Exhibits proficiency in writing and/or editing technical documents, user instructions, data flow diagrams • Plans, develops, organizes, writes, and edits content for online Help and product guides • Researches and gathers technical information for product documentation • Participates in product development and reviews to ensure GHX software is easy to use • Conducts needs analysis with internal stakeholders to identify teams’ needs • Supports translation process for education deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, or combination of education and equivalent work experience • 3+ years related experience performing technical writing/editing • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills • Excellent interviewing skills • Customer-driven attitude and demeanor • Proficiency and knowledge of working with various types of systems and system interfaces • Ability to quickly synthesize new technology and present it in a simple, meaningful manner • Strong organizational and project management skills • Able to work in a team environment with all levels of personnel • GHX encourages candidates from underrepresented groups to apply
