Description

• Develop comprehensive products and documentation that meets customer standards. • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and other contract staff to create analytical products, strategic documentation, requirements and capabilities documentation, technical reference, and operational artifact. • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content • Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audiences (e.g. senior/executives, technical staff) to set our clients up for success • Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement to evolve our clients’ products for easier consumption while meeting intent and objective. • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write standard operating procedures, technical specifications, process documentation etc. • Collaborate on the implementation of standardized processes and deliverables. • Develop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 5+ years of experience • Ability to communicate and collaborate with various audiences and subject matter experts in both government, public and private sectors. • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail • Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communications • At least 1-year proven experience working to support a government related project • Able to provide samples of completed work products
