• Develop user guides, release notes, and API documentation • Foster stakeholder management and collaboration • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for documentation success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 3-6 years of technical writing experience, with at least 3 years working on SaaS products • Proven track record of successfully writing and maintaining documentation for complex products in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear user guides • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders • Proficiency with technical writing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Confluence, etc.) • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically, managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Passion for education technology and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the corporate L&D and higher education space
