• Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern B2B enterprise software. • We are looking for a talented Technical Writer who can bridge the gap between our engineers and other departments. • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a software development environment. • Ability to write and review code, with a reasonable level of knowledge of how software development works. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with documentation tools and platforms. • Ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other departments. • Familiarity with healthcare software and regulatory requirements is a plus. • Background in library science, technical writing, or a related field is highly desirable. • Completion of a coding bootcamp or equivalent experience is a plus.
