Description

• Collaborating in the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from user research to final implementation. • Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, user needs, and project goals. • Creating user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively. • Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate on designs based on feedback. • Creating original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables). • Building page navigation buttons and search fields. • Collaborating with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented. • Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a product-based company. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into design decisions. • Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design principles. • Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.) to ensure the feasibility of design implementation. • Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, and composition. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
