β€’ The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be part of our Dynamic Sales Solution Service and will provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 multi-branded hotels. β€’ Position is home-based and reports to a Director of Sales. β€’ Accountable for driving ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months. β€’ Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations to report progress. β€’ Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel. β€’ 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred. β€’ Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools. β€’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. β€’ General hotel operations knowledge.
