Description

β€’ Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels. β€’ Create a sales-focused culture with the General Managers and Front Desk staff by sharing best practices and peer to peer coaching. β€’ Accountable for driving ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones on a shortened sales cycle of 6 months. β€’ Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts. β€’ Deliver bi-weekly sales strategy presentations over MS Teams with each of your designated hotels to report progress. β€’ Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle. β€’ Create remarkable client experiences, manage client expectations, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ 3 or more consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience in business transient, crew, and government segments within a select service hotel. β€’ 2 years of experience in a Dual or Area hotel sales role is preferred. β€’ Strong understanding of hotel systems, RFP process, and brand tools. β€’ Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. β€’ Ability to establish and maintain relationships with hotel clients and team members. β€’ General hotel operations knowledge. β€’ Proven experience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline. β€’ Strong ability to use all Microsoft Office applications (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
