🎯 Requirements

•7+ years progressive experience working with US Public Sector sales team, distributors, and channel partners. •Knowledge of state and local, Civilian, DoD, and Intelligence Community agencies and ability to translate this into a cohesive marketing plan for the Public Sector. •Team management and development skills, including career development and coaching; experience managing people. •Data-driven, using data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development. •Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources across tactics. •Orientation to managing program details. •Experience delivering on both third-party and owned events. •Ability to travel if needed and comply with the company’s travel policy. Travel up to 50%. •Able to coordinate program details across many teams and iterate and deliver in a fast-moving startup environment. •Excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to distill down complex ideas in a variety of mediums (written content, presentations, and verbal communication). •Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Asana, Allocadia, GitLab, and Google Workspace. •High EQ and an excellent relationship builder, with the ability to secure resources and get buy-in from stakeholders. •You share our values and work according to those values.
