• As a Senior UX Researcher for Security and Compliance at GitLab, you’ll shape key product features by understanding user needs and validating solutions. • In our all-remote environment, you'll work closely with a global UX research team and collaborate with Product Designers, PMs, and Engineering leaders. • You’ll have the autonomy to balance stakeholder needs with ambitious research goals. 🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience running mixed-methods research. • Strong stakeholder management experience - get buy-in from your stakeholders on the work you’re doing, balancing short term work with long-term, strategic projects. • Experience working in a highly iterative, fast paced environment. Have the ability to pivot with sudden changes in direction. • Must have experience working on a developer tooling product, or partnering directly with developers. • Self-motivated and self-managing. • Experience with workflows and tooling used by engineering, design and product teams
