Description

• Lead point of contact for customer accounts • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts • Deliver training and product education • Become subject expert in Givebutter platform • Assist with fundraising strategy • Achieve individual and team goals • Analyze and share customer feedback • Identify opportunities for customer referrals • Assist with creation and maintenance of educational materials

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or institutional advancement • Experience in a sales or post-sales role in tech • Tech literate with experience in CRM software and online fundraising platforms • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships • Customer-focused and a natural people person
