Description

• Help executive leadership execute logistical business functions • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner • Manage executive schedules and calendars • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of executives • Support in planning, budgeting and booking travel • Handle bookkeeping and expense reporting • Format information for internal and external communication • Take minutes during meetings • Screen and direct phone calls, emails • Organize and maintain internal wikis and documentation • Other adhoc administration needs as required

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize a daily workload • Ability to adjust to changing plans and priorities • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information • High proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc)
