• Coordinate and direct projects and people to provide the best possible customer service in the most efficient manner. • Change priorities and tasks to most effectively match a varied grouping of skills to fit customer needs. • Responsible for large-to-very large projects, ensuring timely planning and implementation. • Provide technical solutions to complex business problems. • Manage multiple assignments and problems in an environment of continually changing priorities while keeping management and user departments informed of progress along the way. • Submit changes to policies and procedures as appropriate to satisfy changing business needs.

Requirements

• Experience with server and network hardware and software is required, including MS Windows NT Server 4.0; • MS Windows 2000 Server; • MS SMS 2.0; • IBM Server Hardware; • Bay Networks Hardware; • Citrix/Terminal Server. • MCSE training and certification are a plus. • Must have proven ability to lead very large technical projects or multiple concurrent medium to large projects. • Extensive analysis, problem resolution, and troubleshooting skills are required.
