📋 Description

• Director of Wholesale plays a key role in Fuels Marketing Organization. • Focus on developing strong business relationships with Dealer customers. • Responsibilities include prospecting new opportunities and coaching customers. • Act as primary point of communication between customers and the company. • Analyze sales performance and validate compliance with standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of site level or marketing business operations experience. • Skills and ability to develop strategy, budget and brand management. • Ability to solicit new business relationships with Dealer customers. • Coach existing customers to maximize their business. • Ability to work independently but collaborate, initiate and execute sales and supply agreements. • Positive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for continuous improvement. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Effective time management and ability to multitask. • Decision-making skills, outgoing, analytical with ability to solve problems. • Familiar with Microsoft Office.
