• Manages analysis, programming, and testing activities • Advises and confers with team members • Oversees effective development and implementation of programs • Administers change control process for zero defect system development • Ensures adequate application testing prior to implementation • Leads and develops a highly technical team • Manages work and projects on a day-to-day basis • Tracks and acts upon work progress • Reviews and audits technical work of team members • Ensures compliance with development and other processes • Manages resource allocation within the team • Communicates with other technical and business teams • Supports positive relationships between teams • Represents the team on client calls • Supports compliance issues • Ensures application development processes are compliant • Supports continuous improvement mindset • Manages recommendations for improvements • Provides technical guidance on technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required • Minimum of 8 years experience • 3-4 years in a Managerial position • Experience with .NET, PHP • Experience with AWS or Azure • Experience with Oracle or MongoDB • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
