• The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in developing, • launching and managing a new B2B Embedded Payments product. • This is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to interact with external partners and internal business development leaders, • lead new initiatives, • and provide general thought leadership within the Product Management team. • The ideal candidate will have: • strong client-facing interpersonal skills to discover and evaluate business needs; • a deep understanding of B2B payment ecosystem, • API-based products/services, • and AP/AR business processes; • and strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams towards shared vision and goals.

Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business or Computer Science; • Combination of relevant training and/ or experience in lieu of degree • Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience • Preferred Experience • 7+ years of product management experience, • with at least 3 years in payments, • fintech, or API-driven products. • Proven track record of managing complex B2B products, • particularly within financial services, • payments, or enterprise software. • Experience with API design, management, and developer ecosystems. • Preferred Skills • Strong understanding of card payment processing, • ACH, • B2B virtual card payments, • wire transfers, • and other B2B payment methods. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, • microservices architecture, • and cloud-based solutions. • Experience in working with B2B platforms, • ERP integrations, • or SaaS products. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the payments space (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2). • Excellent leadership and communication skills, • with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
