Description

• Working to solve our climate crisis is the most important mission of our time, and the most exciting problem to be working on. • Overstory’s mission is to help solve our climate crisis by providing real-time intelligence about the planet’s vegetation. • If you want to have a real impact and solve some of the world's most complex challenges with advanced technology, come work with our talented and passionate team. • As a Product Manager at Overstory you will be part of an exciting team, working closely with a designer and engineers to build the Overstory product. • Your job will be to lead the product development process, defining customer problems to be solved, building consensus around the best way to solve them and meet our business objectives.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of product management experience- • You have experience working at a fast-paced start-up environment. • You have experience working on a B2B product. • You have a strong passion for understanding customer problems and experience leading discovery directly with customers. • You are obsessed with shipping fast to learn even faster. • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills in a fast-paced environment. • You have experience leading product strategy and roadmapping sessions, and building consensus around the best ideas. • You love working within a team, with proven ability to juggle (and articulate) customer needs with engineering and business constraints to create shippable solutions that address real customer problems. • You are based in Europe or US (ideally ET but open to other areas of US if the candidate is a great fit).
