Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus. • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a user-facing, healthcare solutions-focused or similar role. • Knowledge in healthcare data, including but not limited to patient and provider domains. • Strong knowledge of healthcare concepts, including patient engagement, provider workflows, and operational efficiency. • Strong understanding of clinical interventions and care delivery models. • Strong knowledge of patient engagement and satisfaction models. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams on a common product vision. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Agile/Scrum certification is desirable.
