β’ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment. β’ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting for roles in a Tech/IT environment. β’ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. β’ Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in utilising various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent. β’ Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant recruitment technologies. β’ Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. β’ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. β’ Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to enhance the recruitment process. β’ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
