β€’ The role: You will work for a tech-driven company founded in 2018 transforming pet adoption in Europe. β€’ Position: Talent Acquisition Partner that drives recruitment by identifying, attracting, and hiring talent. β€’ Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, manage the end-to-end process, source candidates, manage stakeholders, ensure candidate experience, and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements

β€’ Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment. β€’ Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with recruiting for roles in a Tech/IT environment. β€’ Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. β€’ Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in utilising various sourcing tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent. β€’ Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other relevant recruitment technologies. β€’ Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions. β€’ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. β€’ Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying challenges and finding solutions to enhance the recruitment process. β€’ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
