• Minimum of 4 years experience as a remote global full-cycle recruiter • Extensive experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviewing techniques for digital marketing, sales, project management, and customer success roles • Proven track record of global online talent acquisition filling diverse roles from executive level to entry level • Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
