Description

• We are an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how the world’s businesses recruit. • Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines by sourcing, headhunting, and engaging candidates. • Conduct screening interviews to identify the best-fit talent. • Oversee inbound applications using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse). • Represent Move with strong verbal and written communication to candidates and clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in in-house or agency • Background in tech, SaaS, fintech, or creative industries. • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and Google Suite. • Strong communication, active listening, and rapport-building skills. • Personable, tenacious, empathetic and conscientious. • Energised by people, with a knack for persuasion and clear communication.
