📋 Description

• Gluware is hiring a Regional Sales Director for the East region. • This role is fully remote, must reside on the East Coast. • Responsible for meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service. • Create and pursue opportunities for new business and develop annual business plans with the sales team. • Engage with IT executives and provide consultative sales regarding solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• College Degree preferred but not required • Proven success selling Cisco or other major networking vendor's hardware and or solutions either from the vendor, partner or systems integrator, or proven success selling Enterprise Software, Cloud Solutions, and/or SaaS services • Significant and current rolodex of enterprise and midmarket business and IT decision makers and partners • Technical competence (understand networking, SDN, software, cloud computing, etc.) • Executive level presentation experience within customer accounts • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, respond quickly to changes, and work in a dynamic environment with the drive and determination to succeed • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment • High level of initiative and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
