📋 Description

• Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an Office 365 Managed Services Consultant. • In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country. • The Managed Services Senior Consultant is partnering with clients to form a long-lasting relationship while assisting with their growth across the Office 365 platform. • This would cover a wide breadth of tasks from technical writing, security assessments, licensing questions, or anything in or related to the Office 365 stack. • Expertise in Office 365 and related core technologies including but not limited to Active Directory, Cloud Identities, Exchange, Teams, ADFS, Entra ID Connect, and EMS, are required. • As part of the Managed Services team, you are responsible for helping to foster the long-term relationship and partnership with our clients. Going beyond just doing good technical work, and into being a good co-worker, partner, and advisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Exchange: Should have real-world, hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 within large complex environments. • Office 365: SME for applications across the Office 365 Stack such as OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Yammer, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Sway, etc. • Office 365: SME for Entra ID, Azure Active Directory Federation Service (ADFS), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive Exchange Online Protection (EOP), Skype for Business / Teams, and other O365 workloads • Active Directory: Should have real-world experience helping to managing and maintaining AD, Entra ID integration, GPO's, etc. • Azure: Should have experience with Entra ID, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access. • SharePoint: Should have knowledge of how to manage and maintain SharePoint Online, Team Sites, Document Libraries, and permission structures. • Any Microsoft or Technical certifications are a positive and should be noted, especially related to the core technology stack of M365. • Security: Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and custom KQL queries would be a big positive.
