📋 Description
• Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Developing a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines and resources required for successful implementation. • Create communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the implementation process. • Conduct training sessions to empower clients to effectively use their new HR systems. • Analyze current HR processes and identify areas for streamlining and optimization. • Track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take corrective actions to keep the project on schedule. • Build relationships and create raving fans of our platform.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience (3-5 years) as an HR Project Manager or in a similar HR implementation role • Strong understanding of HR processes, technologies, and best practices • Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills • Proficient in using project management tools and HR software applications • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities • Demonstrated experience in change management and stakeholder engagement • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results and driving continuous improvement • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
