📋 Description
• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube, and retargeting platforms • Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency • Partner with the marketing team to align paid media efforts with broader demand generation goals • Build and optimize retargeting strategies to nurture leads through the funnel • Plan, launch, and manage YouTube advertising campaigns to capture and convert high-quality traffic • Work with the marketing operations team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years in paid media, growth marketing, or demand generation roles • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and retargeting platforms • Proven track record of scaling YouTube campaigns • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms • Ownership Mindset: You take initiative, thrive on responsibility • Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data • Creativity: The ability to think outside the box to create compelling ad creatives • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams
