Description

• The Divisional Director of Operations will aid the organization in promoting its mission and objectives • maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders • achieve organizational goals • maintain sound financial practices in the branch offices • lead a team of up to eight Regional Operations Directors • guide the branch locations towards favorable growth • design and direct strategies that support and enhance branch operations • manage branch assets • optimize financial operations in the branches • provide leadership to all staff • establish, and achieve business goals in the branches • ensure compliance while maintaining a high level of customer service • advise Senior Leadership on branch activities • oversee and streamline daily operations in the branches • improve staff performance • execute special business projects • contribute to the success of key partnerships

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent at minimum • Minimum three years healthcare leadership experience • College Degree (preferred)
