• We’re looking for an exceptional leader to design and scale innovative solutions for our medication adherence program. • In this role, you'll lead the strategic and operational aspects of our high-caliber Pharmacy Guide team. • You'll focus on program design and execution, optimizing workflows, solving clinical challenges with pharmacist partners, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance and improve health outcomes for our members. • We're looking for someone passionate about operational excellence and delivering measurable impact. • If you thrive on leading people, creating transformative programs, and driving outcomes that matter for the members we serve, we want you!

Requirements

• At least 10 years of leadership experience with a track record of delivering measurable results • Outstanding people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate a large and growing team • Strong analytical skills - you’ve set, monitored, and revised ambitious targets • Experience driving end-to-end initiatives (i.e. workflows, scorecards, training, oversight) that directly impact a team or function’s ability to perform • Strong operational skills with the ability to understand complexity and turn it into clear and repeatable business processes • Experience effectively influencing key decision-makers to drive outcomes and championing your work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
