Description

• The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions and strategic direction of enrichment programs for pre-K through 5th-grade students. • This role includes managing program delivery, financial oversight, and implementing and optimizing operational systems. • The Director will ensure that programs are effectively run, resources are efficiently utilized, and systems are in place to support both current operations and future growth. • Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring cost-effective resource use. • Oversee the implementation and integration of operational systems and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. • Ensure smooth daily operations of enrichment programs, including scheduling, facility management, and logistical coordination. • Maintain strong relationships with schools and community organizations to support program outreach and collaboration. • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to evaluate and enhance program effectiveness. • Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and long-term goals for program growth and enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, including financial oversight and systems implementation, preferably within an educational or enrichment program context. • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and drive organizational goals. • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management. • Experience with operational systems and technology implementation. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Knowledge of educational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for enrichment programs.
