Description

• The Director of Operations is accountable for managing the daily operations and strategic planning of enrichment programs designed for pre-K through 5th-grade students. • A primary focus of this role is financial oversight, ensuring the effective management of program delivery while implementing and refining operational systems. • The Director will be responsible for ensuring that programs are executed efficiently, resources are utilized optimally, and robust systems are established to support both ongoing operations and future expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (master’s degree preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, including financial oversight and systems implementation, preferably within an educational or enrichment program context. • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage teams and drive organizational goals. • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management. • Experience with operational systems and technology implementation. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. • Knowledge of educational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for enrichment programs.
