📋 Description
• The Manager of Payment Operations oversees the end-to-end processing of payments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance, while also managing teams, resolving issues, and driving operational improvements within the payment ecosystem. The role reports to the SVP of Customer Operations and is responsible for payment implementation, enablement, and overall post-sales operational support.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business administration, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in payments, finance, or banking operations, with 2+ years of team lead or mentoring experience. • Strong analytical and computer skills, proficiency in relevant payment systems and software. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, data analytics, and interpersonal skills.
