• We are seeking a skilled HR Local Representative Specialist to join our team. • This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR and administrative practices. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations and administrative support while adhering to compliance standards in the Middle East region. • E-meet and greet our local employees in the Middle East and support the team in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for employees. • Serve as an escalation point for our clients’ employees and make sure their issues and concerns can be solved quickly. • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and regulatory changes in the Middle East and communicate to the teams as applicable. • Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. • Handle visa application and medical insurance enrollment for client employees and their dependents. • Maintain Sharepoint, and company portals. • Support clients' employees on services related to GoGlobal Concierge. • Liaison with real estate companies, schools, and other GoGlobal’s partners related to the Concierge service. • Support the employees and dependents for Emirates ID Biometrics and Medical test. • Other Ad Hoc Projects being requested.
• Proven work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant, or similar role • Knowledge in the Middle East countries’ Immigration, Labor Laws and government liaison • Organizational skills • Good verbal and written communication skills. • Arabic verbal and written skills are an advantage. • Curious and committed to continuous learning • Organized and process driven • Responsible and wanting to take ownership of business as usual • A collaborator who will work with other Local Reps across the region and globally
